Director of Behavioral Health

Travis Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at InclusiveCare. He provides therapy services to patients at the Marrero and Kenner locations on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Mr. Johnson earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Southern University at Baton Rouge. He also holds an Associate of Arts in Addictive Behavior from Southern University at New Orleans. Mr. Johnson went on to complete his Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans. He earned his PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Holy Cross.

Mr. Johnson does this work because he wants to move humans to a place of change. One health tip he believes everyone should know is that all behavior is motivated by something, so be aware of the people, places, and things that you involve yourself in.

Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Richard Costa is a Licensed Psychologist providing evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, families and adults at InclusivCare. He sees patients on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our Marrero, Avondale, and  SBH - Higgins location.

Dr. Costa earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from UMASS Dartmouth before going on to complete both his Master of Arts and Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degrees at the Georgia School of Professional Psychology in Atlanta, GA. He completed his predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the LSUHSC School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA.

Dr. Costa is licensed to practice psychology in Louisiana, Georgia, Utah, Minnesota and Florida. He is passionate about fostering empowerment as well as personal and professional growth in his clients by providing state-of-the-art mental health care.

One health tip Dr. Costa believes everyone should know is that focusing on self-care first and foremost is essential if you are to be at your best to support others. He brings this philosophy of prioritizing wellness to his clinical work with patients.

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Mi Gee is a Clinical Psychologist providing behavioral health services to patients at InclusiveCare's Marrero, Kenner, and SBH - Higgins locations. She sees patients on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Dr. Gee earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She went on to complete her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School. Dr. Gee completed her residency training at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Gee is licensed to practice psychology in the state of Louisiana. She does this work because it is meaningful to her and hopefully to others.

One health tip Dr. Gee believes everyone should know is to not underestimate the power of sleep.

Psychiatrist

Dr. Allen Lee is a Psychiatrist providing mental health services to patients at InclusiveCare's Marrero, Avondale and Kenner locations. He sees patients Monday through Thursday.

Dr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Michigan. He went on to complete his medical degree at the University of Queensland in Australia. Dr. Lee completed his residency training through the LSU/Ochsner psychiatry program.

Dr. Lee is board certified in Psychiatry. He does this work because he believes everyone should have a chance to be at their very best.

One health tip Dr. Lee thinks everyone should know is to notify your doctors about any supplements you take so they can make sure there are no interactions with your medications.

Bilingual Clinical Psychologist 

Dr. Sebastian Del Corral Winder is a bilingual Clinical Psychologist providing behavioral health services in English and Spanish to patients at InclusiveCare's Avondale and SBH - Gilbert locations. He sees patients on Mondays. 

Dr. Del Corral Winder earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas. He went on to complete his Master of Arts followed by his Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degrees at the University of Indianapolis. Dr. Del Corral Winder completed his residency training at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.  Dr. Del Corral Winder is licensed to practice clinical psychology.

He does this work because he believes our community deserves better relationships and healthy families.    One health tip Dr. Del Corral Winder thinks everyone should know is that children communicate through their play and behaviors.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Joannie Sparks is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy services to patients at InclusiveCare's Marrero, Avondale, Kenner,  SBH - Higgins, and SBH - Gilbert locations. She sees patients Monday through Friday.

Ms. Sparks earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Tulane University in New Orleans. She went on to complete her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, also at Tulane.

Ms. Sparks believes therapy is a collaborative and meaningful process that helps individuals recognize their inherent strengths and move toward greater fulfillment in their lives. She finds deep purpose in supporting people as they work toward their personal goals and well being. 

Serving the community she is a part of is both an honor and the foundation of her work as a clinical therapist.  One health tip Ms. Sparks believes everyone should know is that maintaining self-care supports overall functioning and the capacity to care for others.

Angelle Bergeron is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy services to patients at InclusivCare's Marrero, Avondale, Kenner, and SBH - Gilbert locations. She sees patients Monday through Friday. 

Ms. Bergeron earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of New Orleans before going on to complete her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Southern University at New Orleans.
