(JCHCC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)-dba, InclusivCare-with 20 years of experience serving the people of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, first as a Look-Alike Health Center before becoming a full-scale FQHC in March 2006. With years of work in the communities that make up Jefferson Parish, InclusivCare addresses many barriers to care affecting the region including high rates of poverty, lack of insurance, and limited availability of affordable and accessible health care services.
