Covid-19

 EFFECTIVE June 6, 2023

Inclusivcare wishes to announce changes that have been made to the COVID-19 Precautions.


TEMPERATURE CHECKS:

· Temperature checks are not required during check in. 


MASKING:

· Patients and visitors without respiratory symptoms are no longer required to wear a face mask. Any patient who presents with respiratory symptoms will be required to wear a face mask. 

  

TESTING:

·   Patients are no longer required to be tested prior to their appointment.   

· The new updated Triage Form must be completed for anyone visiting for testing only.

  

Please be reminded that COVID-19 is still active and can spread as a result, safety precautions remain necessary for the protection of our staff, patients, stakeholders, and community. Hand hygiene is the is the best way to prevent the spread of infections. When your hands are visibly soiled soap and water must be used. Each and every time you enter a patient’s room and leave the room, please sanitize your hands.
