Kimberly Rayford is the Chief Dental Officer at InclusivCare, providing dental care and leadership. She sees patients at InclusiveCare's Marrero location on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Dr. Rayford earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana. She went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry. Dr. Rayford also completed advanced training at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  Dr. Rayford is licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Louisiana.

She does this work because she is committed to uplifting, educating, and making an impact in the lives of the most vulnerable patients in the community. 

One health tip Dr. Rayford believes everyone should know is that oral care is a part of total healthcare. She emphasizes the importance of regular dental check-ups and cleanings to her patients.

Dentist

Dr. Anelis Sanchez Mederos is a Dentist providing comprehensive dental care to patients at InclusivCare's Marrero location. She sees patients Monday through Friday.  

Dr. Sanchez Mederos earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Louisiana at Monroe before going on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Detroit School of Dentistry.  

Dr. Sanchez Mederos is passionate about educating patients on the importance of oral health and preventive care. She enjoys working with her hands and takes pride in creating healthy, confident smiles. Being able to help patients feel like the best version of themselves is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.

One oral health tip Dr. Sanchez Mederos believes everyone should know is to only brush and floss the teeth you want to keep! She encourages her patients to maintain good daily oral hygiene habits to preserve their smiles.

Dr. Candice St. Etienne is a General Dentist providing dental care to patients at InclusiveCare's Avondale location. She sees patients on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Dr. St. Etienne earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Spanish from Tulane University. She went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at LSU School of Dentistry. Dr. St. Etienne also holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from LSU Shreveport.

Dr. St. Etienne does this work because she believes oral health is important to overall health. One dental tip she thinks everyone should know is to brush the teeth you want to keep!

Registered Dental Hygienist

Yuleisy Ossorio Figueredo is a Registered Dental Hygienist providing preventive dental care to patients at InclusiveCare's Marrero and Avondale locations. She sees patients Monday through Friday.

Ms. Ossorio Figueredo completed her high school education at IPVCE Maximo G. Baez school in her home country of Cuba. She went on to graduate as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from dental school in Cuba in 2011.

After practicing as a dentist in Cuba and Ecuador, Ms. Ossorio Figueredo moved to the United States. She worked as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant in Louisiana before earning her license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Florida in 2022 and Louisiana in 2024.

For Ms. Ossorio Figueredo, dentistry is a lifelong commitment to excellence, empathy and service. It inspires her to grow continuously and uphold the highest standards of care. She sees it as a balance between science and humanity. Dentistry not only represents her profession, but a true vocation rooted in care and compassion. It is what she loves.

One oral health tip Ms. Ossorio Figueredo believes everyone should know is that brushing at least twice a day and flossing once daily helps prevent cavities, gum disease and bad breath. She emphasizes to her patients that consistency is key - small daily habits make a big difference in maintaining a healthy and confident smile.
